Adoption Fees for Ukraine

Adoption Fees
$ 300		Initial Application fee due with return of Application
$1,150		Home Study fee due prior to scheduled Home Study visit
$6,650		ABC Agency / Post-placement Fee due upon completion of dossier
$1,000		Dossier Registration Fee due when your dossier is submitted to the SDA.
$7,000		Ukraine Adoption Fee paid when traveling to the Ukraine
$500		Orphanage Donation Fee paid when you pick up your child

If you are adopting siblings, please add $1,500 for each additional child. This fee is to be paid in Ukraine when you travel on your first trip.

Additional Expenses
$ 60 to 100		Apartment/hotel per night
$50 to 400		Transportation to region child is located (roundtrip) varies based on whether driver, train, or airplane is used.
$15 to 20		Food - per day
$400 to 1000		Airfare - per person, per trip
$830		USCIS application fee
$400		Visa for Child
$97		Passports (for adoptive parents)
